Acceptable Use

You must not, and must not permit others to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service by automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) outside the app's own intended use;
• use contact details obtained through the Service to build a competing directory or database, or to resell or share such data with third parties;
• use contact details obtained through the Service for unsolicited bulk marketing, spam, or communications unrelated to a genuine construction project enquiry;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with the contact-reveal limits, verification process, or any other security or access-control feature;
• create a false, impersonated, or misleading account or profile;
• upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, or interfere with its normal operation;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes another person's rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights);
• post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action described in Section 12, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
